Do you qualify?
Four things decide it, and they are requirements rather than preferences. If all four are true, the application takes about a minute. If one isn't, we'd rather you know now than at the end.
A cargo van, box truck, or pickup with a bed cover
This is the one that disqualifies most applicants. A pickup without a bed cover does not qualify. Neither does a car or an SUV.
You drive in DC, Maryland, or Virginia
Tasks run across the District and nearby Maryland and Northern Virginia.
21 or older
No exceptions.
Authorized to work in the United States
Verified during onboarding, along with a background check authorization.
No CDL required. You'll also need a valid driver's license, insurance, and a smartphone, and to be able to lift and move scooters, e-bikes, and batteries safely.

Swap low batteries with charged ones so vehicles stay available.
Move scooters and e-bikes
Reposition vehicles between approved locations across the region.
Retrieve inactive vehicles
Pick up vehicles that are damaged, misplaced, or out of service.
Deploy charged vehicles
Return ready-to-use vehicles back into the field.
