Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, submitting an application or communicating with Eagle does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship.

Drivers and contractors may be required to provide additional information, complete onboarding steps, pass verification or background checks, maintain required licenses, maintain proper vehicle condition, follow safety requirements, and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

Eagle may require proof of driver’s license, vehicle information, insurance, work authorization, availability, and other qualifications before allowing any work to begin.

No Guarantee of Work or Earnings

Eagle does not guarantee that any applicant, driver, contractor, or service provider will receive work, tasks, assignments, routes, hours, earnings, payments, or continued opportunities.

Any examples of potential earnings, task volume, pay, or availability are estimates only and are not guarantees. Actual earnings and opportunities may vary based on demand, location, availability, qualifications, performance, platform requirements, weather, vehicle type, and other business factors.

Payments

Payment terms, rates, timing, deductions, adjustments, and requirements may vary depending on the work, task type, agreement, platform, project, or business arrangement.

Eagle may withhold, adjust, delay, or deny payment where allowed by law or agreement, including for incomplete work, inaccurate submissions, failed verification, policy violations, damage, fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or noncompliance with applicable requirements.

Communications

By submitting your information to Eagle, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, email, or other communication methods regarding your application, onboarding, work opportunities, scheduling, payments, services, or other business matters.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP, where applicable. Opting out may limit our ability to communicate with you about certain opportunities.

Background Checks and Verification

Eagle may require identity verification, background checks, driving record checks, vehicle verification, insurance verification, or other screening before approving an applicant or allowing work to begin.

You authorize Eagle and its service providers to collect, review, and verify information you submit, subject to applicable law and any required notices or authorizations.

Safety and Compliance

Drivers, contractors, and service providers are responsible for operating safely, following traffic laws, using proper equipment, maintaining vehicles, securing cargo, protecting property, and complying with all applicable laws, rules, insurance requirements, and platform policies.

Eagle may suspend or remove any person from work opportunities for unsafe conduct, poor performance, dishonesty, property damage, failure to follow instructions, or violation of these Terms or any applicable agreement.

Third-Party Services and Platforms

Eagle may use third-party websites, apps, payment processors, background check providers, communication tools, analytics tools, or business platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, errors, security, or actions of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, designs, forms, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Eagle unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Eagle.
